Those of your with a Land Cruiser 100 series will know that the stock ECU cannot be tuned. However, with a little help from the Unichip Module, we were able to extract so much more power from this vehicle.
+144 ft-lbs of torque @ 1900 RPM.
For comparison, that's equivalent of having an extra 2005 Ford Fiesta ST under your bonnet (they produced 140ft-lbs @ 4,500 RPM).

In this case study, the Unichip's programming consisted of 5 pre-set switchable maps.
- High power with throttle booster map.
- Economy map.
- Towing map.
- Immobiliser map.
- Stock map.
We're also able to offer different pre-set map settings on request, such as off-road maps, dulled throttle maps, high / med / low power maps etc.
In terms of power increases, the results were absolutely massive. This completely stock land cruiser made an extra 29 bhp peak power on our Dyno Dynamics rolling road. But those of you who are in the know will understand that the peak power is one of the least important figures.
At 2,500 RPM, the Unichip was able to produce a +40 bhp difference. At 1,900 RPM, it made an extra +144 ft-lbs of torque. Those are incredible numbers considering the vehicle started with around 160 bhp.
The Unichip drastically improved it's driveability, giving the client the power exactly where they needed it - these vehicles are rarely used higher up in the rev ranges. 0 - 60 mph was also reduced by over 3 seconds.
