Once installed, Unichip Europe's EGT Module relays information back to the Unichip Module, enabling another safety parameter on a highly tuned vehicle.
The EGT Module is beneficial for remote tuning, as vital information can be relayed back to the tuner for diagnostic and tuning purposes, to obtain maximum safe power.
The EGT Module is typically used on diesel engines to control the EGT safely. When applied, power can be safely increased even more. It features a built-in "cut-off" should the EGT get too high, trimming back power to lower the EGT to a safe range.
This product has a thermocouple grade of -200c - 1,250c.
